Having bought, managed, and sold multiple investment properties himself, real estate felt like a natural fit. A proud North Lakes local, Seb has called the area home for many years. His wife works at the local school, and his three kids grew up exploring the nearby parks and playgrounds. Passionate about his community, he saw the opportunity to combine his competitive drive and expert negotiation skills with a desire to give back—helping families in the place he calls home.

I love shopping at Westfield North Lakes because it truly offers everything I need in one place, making every trip convenient and enjoyable. The variety of stores is fantastic, with all my favourite fashion brands, electronics, and homewares available in one spot. It’s perfect whether I’m looking for something specific or just browsing.

What really makes it stand out for me is the entertainment and dining options. After shopping, I can catch a movie at Event Cinemas or grab a delicious meal at one of the many great restaurants. There’s such a wide range of choices, whether I want a quick bite or a more relaxed dining experience.

As someone who likes to spend time with family, I appreciate how family-friendly the centre is. The kids always have something to do, whether it’s exploring the playground or enjoying the special events they put on. It feels like more than just a shopping trip – it’s a day out.

Parking is always easy, and with its location right off the M1, it’s super convenient to get to. I also love how Westfield North Lakes has a real community feel, hosting events and pop-ups that keep things fresh and interesting every time I visit.

Known for its cosy atmosphere and exceptional coffee, it’s the perfect place to unwind between meetings and property showings. The café serves specialty coffee, often using top-quality beans from renowned roasters, ensuring every cup is just right.

In addition to the great coffee, they offer a selection of teas and light meals, like breakfast items and sandwiches. The friendly staff and welcoming vibe make it an ideal spot to grab a quick pick-me-up before heading back to the hustle of the day.
